Training Agile Connective Leadership - Lean Process Streamline Art

Turn every employee into a waste detector by using simple simulations to experience where the greatest waste is in our work processes. By visualizing the processes and waiting times. By learning to track down the eight forms of waste from LEAN. By experiencing effective alternatives to our urge to control processes and fill teams with work. That is what we fully facilitate in this 2-day.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could help teams to create more value independently with attention and wonder? If they develop the antennas to detect waste and proactively work to combat it. If, as a result of the reduction in non-value-adding activities, they increasingly enjoy their work. And that this can also be done without a math knack. This is easier to achieve than you think.

Do you recognize any of the following challenges in your organization?

  • We do not deliver what the customer is waiting for;
  • The issues of the day keep us from long-term goals;
  • Valuable input is overshadowed by endless discussions;
  • Well-intentioned standards undermine the self-reliance of teams;
  • We do not dare to make mistakes that make us freeze;
  • Complaints from customers persist because we do not learn from them.

Then our LEAN Process Streamline Art training is really something for you. You will take the next step with other professionals who play a role in the structural improvement of processes in their organization.

In our training LEAN Process Streamline Art we make LEAN directly applicable. With the working methods discussed, you make optimal use of the knowledge of all those involved. Complicated calculations are not necessary for this. We share our insights and numerous examples from our own practice. We make them immediately applicable in your situation, so that you can start working with your team(s) immediately after the training. The training takes you through the three organizational aspects of LEAN: Purpose, People and Process.

  • Purpose or sense of purpose ensures connection, cooperation and transparency in the choices made and gives direction to agreements to be made and the associated working methods. In this block you will learn how to achieve a shared meaning with a large group of people.
  • People or people are the working capital. Ideas for improvement come from all levels of the organization. In this block you learn to make the best possible use of this potential in the organization.
  • Process aims to deliver customer value as effectively as possible and thereby supports people in pursuing their meaning. In this block you will learn how to arrive at supported work agreements (in accordance with Training Within Industry).

Facilitators, managers, product owners involved in the continuous improvement of repeatable industrial, support, logistics and administrative processes. A mathematical background is not necessary (we will not discuss statistics).

This three-day training is a practical start for structural improvement based on the Toyota way of working. You learn to use the most important insights directly and practically. After the first two days, you will immediately be able to apply the most important LEAN principles together with colleagues and other employees. In the return day we put the finishing touches on the 'i', discuss experiences and give a bit more depth.

The training includes the following elements:

  • Lean simulation
  • Training Within Industry simulation
  • Purpose, People and Process
  • The LEAN house
  • Flow
  • From Push to Pull
  • Eliminating waste
  • Value stream mapping
  • Kaizen
  • Just in time principle
  • Reflection and peer review on practice-oriented cases

After following this training you will be able to:

  • Recognize waste in your organization;
  • Improvements for the couples and to implement within your direct working environment;
  • Mapping a value stream together with colleagues and identifying the wastes together;
  • Making choices together with colleagues in continuous improvement step by step;
  • Facilitate all working methods and simulations in small groups within your organization;
  • Apply visual management at process level;
  • Confidently take on the aforementioned challenges. Successfully!
