Training Agile Connective Leadership - Learning Art

In the Mee Krijgkunst 2-Day, we will work together with practical work methods. Work forms that you can use directly in the form of a practical assignment. We also do experiential exercises that allow you to look at your practice in a different way and you learn conversation techniques that promote self-organization. You gain experience with all that you have learned during the training. This way, your backpack is optimally filled to get started in your own practice to make more of a difference.

In the 2-day training course you learn to get people moving based on intrinsic motivation. Processes in team development, processes in the motivation of team members, processes in making work predictable and processes that promote team learning. This is how you eat an elephant, in small bites. Topics covered are:

  • Not dealing with resistance
    (Motivational interviewing according to the book Coaching 3.0, part 1 by Sergio van der Pluim)
  • Understand each other better
    (Personality Styles according to DISC, inspired by Merrick Rosenberg's book High Flyers)
  • Nine change strategies
    (The model of the preparer and the elephant from the Book Switch! By Chip and Dan Heath)
  • Cross-team collaboration
    (We investigate using the Saboteur simulation)
  • Professional development and knowledge sharing
    (Getting started with the skills compass)
  • Rolling and transferring work
    (We investigate using the Kapla simulation)

During the training you will work with working methods and experiential exercises, which you can immediately put into practice with your team. In addition, you exchange your knowledge and experience with participants from other organizations in various forms of intervision.

Prerequisites and Study Load

For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. In addition to the 2 days training (classroom or virtual), the preparation for the certificate requires a time investment of between 8 and 12 hours.

In addition to the various working methods, we pay attention to the following topics during the training:

  • The Lean and Agile philosophy behind team learning;

The Participation Art 2-day training is part of various certification processes of Organization 4.0 Foundation.

Here you will find an overview of all courses of Organization 4.0 Foundation. You conclude each course with a certification process. In the theory part you show that you have mastered the discussed theory and understand its coherence. In the practitioner part you apply what you have learned in practice and show the effects achieved and your professional development in it.

We register our courses with the LVSC (National Association for Supervision and Coaching). The number of assigned Permanent Education (PE) points from the LVSC is stated in the already registered courses.
