Training Agile Connective Leadership - Organizational art

In the Organization Art 2-day event we will work together on practical working methods. Working methods that you can use immediately in the form of a practical assignment. We also do experiential exercises that make you look at your practice in a different way and you learn conversation techniques that promote self-organization. You gain experience with everything you have learned during the training. This way, your backpack is optimally filled to start working in your own practice to make more of a difference.

In the Organizational Art 2-day training you will learn to live up to your image of the ideal leader. Topics covered include:

Prerequisites and Study Load

For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. In addition to the 2 days training (classroom or virtual), the preparation for the certificate requires a time investment of between 8 and 12 hours.

The Organization Art 2-day training is part of various certification processes of the Organization 4.0 Foundation.

Here you will find an overview of all courses of Organization 4.0 Foundation. You conclude each course with a certification process. In the theory part you show that you have mastered the discussed theory and understand its coherence. In the practitioner part you apply what you have learned in practice and show the effects achieved and your professional development in it.

We register our courses with the LVSC (National Association for Supervision and Coaching). The number of assigned Permanent Education (PE) points from the LVSC is stated in the already registered courses.
