To be able to take the MSP Practitioner exam you must have passed the MSP Foundation exam. We assume in the training that you do not need the manual “Managing Successful Programs - fourth edition”. If this is necessary, you can order the manual separately on our website.
MSP is the most widely used program management method and is set up on the basis of proven best practices. During this MSP Practitioner training you learn to prepare, execute and conclude programs in a controlled manner. You learn how to apply the method in your practice. This will give you a good knowledge of MSP that you can use in managing your program.
As change guides, we really want to help participants further successfully implement programs. We do not believe that you can achieve this by just teaching theory in the training days. Our trainer, an experienced MSP program manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that participants can practice ample time with MSP during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the supplied book and through our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions you get on your exam.

This MSP Practitioner training is suitable for clients of programs, program managers, line managers who participate in programs and employees who provide administrative support to programs (PMOs) and who want to deepen their knowledge of the application of MSP in practice.
