PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Training

As change guides we really want to help participants further with the successful execution of projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by just teaching theory in the training days. Our trainer, an experienced PRINCE2 Agile project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that the participants can practice ample time with PRINCE2 Agile during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the supplied book and through our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions as you get them on your exam.

INSIDE KNOWLEDGE AND STUDY TAX
For this training we recommend HBO working and thinking level. It helps if you already have some knowledge of it PRINCE2 have.
In addition to the 2 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 15 and 25 hours.

Whether you are a project employee, project manager or (prospective) project manager of a project in an Agile environment, this is the training for you. Nowadays it is important for all project managers to have Agile knowledge in his / her baggage.

Specific experience as a project manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project-based working and can handle an HBO work and thinking level.

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training is aimed at applying PRINCE2 in agile environments. The training covers how to tailor PRINCE2 for your (Agile) environment and also gives you the basic knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.

This training leads to:

• Understanding how you PRINCE2 tailor-made for Agile environments;
• Knowledge of the Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup methodology;
• Possibly the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate.

We are convinced that if you follow both training days and study the material according to our instructions, you will pass the exam. If you still fail the exam, you will receive a free new exam from us. To be eligible for this free new exam, you must demonstrably have studied sufficiently (Knowledge absorption> 80% in our ExamTrainer).
