Organizational coaching starts with MT coaching

Organizations are made up of teams. The highest (senior) team has by far the greatest influence on the system. Management Teams (MT) determine the context and frameworks of the organization. That is why we start coaching MTs to successfully realize changes.

Based on the five perspectives, we bring energy to teams, so that they enjoy achieving results again. We guide teams on their way from working together… to working together.

We do it differently

We elicit team energy by empowering team members. Everyone can be a change guide by following his / her passion and applying his / her craftsmanship. In this way we create a lasting impact on the working environment in your organization. How we do it differently?

Scans without report

The teams get to work under the guidance of a coach. They make their own scans on the spot. This creates insight and support. (We really don't make reports that aren't read after all.)

Workshops without teaching

We allow patterns to be experienced and lead the discussion about the consequences.

Coaching without standard advice

The solution to every organizational problem lies in the organization itself, we help you discover that solution.
