Are you full of good ideas, but are you afraid to take matters into your own hands? Do you no longer see the forest through all the method, framework, model and other publication trees? Do you want more fun in your work, better results and therefore more appreciation for your work? Do you want to make a difference in your organization? Then this book will help you further.

In this book, the authors share their passion for creating an environment in which people's talents flourish as a team. The key to success always lies in answers that come from the team itself. This is the core of what you can achieve with team learning. With the practical 5-step plan and the 20 working methods, your team is not going to get to work. The team learns to become more self-reliant and to actively tackle the obstacles that prevent it from success.

You may recognize this as a manager: the feeling that despite all your efforts and good intentions you cannot achieve much more than distributing the dissatisfaction fairly fairly between various stakeholders and your department or team (s). Should it all depend on you? Why doesn't it work well by itself?

A topic much discussed at the moment that provides an answer to this is the learning organization. Get rid of the Tailerian idea that you can invest your thinking (planning, devising a solution) and implementation separately from each other. The LEAN philosophy and Agile ideology are movements that invest these matters in the workplace as much as possible. Self-organizing and experimenting, teams use their combined knowledge and skills to achieve optimal results.

In the book "Practical on the way to Team Results" the authors share their experiences in implementing LEAN and Agile ideas in traditional organizations. They show how every team can transform itself into a learning team in 5 simple steps.
