We differentiate between games and simulations. A game is a game in which the theory is illustrated in a fun and interactive way. An example of such a game is the "XP Game" where you learn Agile and Scrum through all kinds of exercises with balloons, cards, dice and strings. In a simulation, a change process is reenacted in such a realistic way. An example of a simulation is our Project Management (PM) Simulation in which you play a project manager of a complex international project. All roles that you as a project manager come into contact with are played by actors / trainers.
